Project Title: Stars and planets through time
Supervisor: Dr Ed Gillen
Content: This project will include the following activities:
- Observation and characterisation of young transiting exoplanets that will lead to a greater understanding of planetary formation and early evolution.
- Developing techniques for modelling stellar activity during observations to aid in the characterisation of exoplanets around young, active stars.
- Modelling and predictions of future observations of exoplanetary reflectance spectra.
