Experience gained has been primarily the mechanical design of bespoke industrial equipment, with an emphasis on design for hazardous locations. Working at QMUL school of physical and chemical sciences, I am overseeing the design and construction of instrumentation for international experiments, in addition to supporting local research experiments at the university. Currently, I am working on the ATLAS ITk detector development at the particle physics research centre. In terms of qualifications, I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2015 with a master’s in mechanical engineering (MEng). Notable projects undertaken include the design of an automated control system for a domestic biodiesel reactor, and an analysis into the effects of PLA contamination in the PET recycling stream.ResearchPublications
