Taking attendance using webforms
For the Schools that use it, the system contains information on students’ attendance, coursework submission, grades and engagement with QMplus. Being able to see this data can help you as an Advisor to discuss with your advisee how they feel their progress is going and if there are any particular areas they would like to work on.
QEngage can now be accessed through PowerBI which is accessible from the opening screen of Connected.

Co-Tutor
Co-Tutor is Queen Mary’s online Academic Advising management system accessible when connected to a QM network. You can use it to store records of communication between you and the student. Co-Tutor does not need to be open in order for you to copy e-mails into it. Please see the quick guide for more information.
