  • The Academic Skills Centre has a suite of resources that students can access in their own time. The Academic Skills Centre team offers Queen Mary students and staff various training opportunities and individual support to enable learning and research. More information can be found on the Library Skills pages.
  • Students may also benefit from using the LinkedIn Learning resource, which provides video tutorials on a range of academic, digital, and professional skills, alongside courses supporting the development of resilience and wellbeing. It is accessible for free using your Queen Mary login details.
  • Visit and follow the QM Counselling Blog, where counsellors explore topics that may impact your emotional and mental wellbeing during your studies. Topics on the blog include managing low mood during winter, looking after yourself over the festive period, and thinking about your wellbeing during assessments/exams.
  • Find out more about Study Well, an initiative to improve your wellbeing while you study, and join us for one or more of our free events.
  • Download the Wisdom App for exclusive access to wellbeing trackers, videos and other resources on meditation, healthy eating and cooking, fitness etc. Download the app or access at healthassured.org. Use your QM student code/ organisation code: MHA151109. Then register with an email address and password.
  • Take one of the online courses available on Togetherall, like Managing Stress and Worry, or Stop Procrastinating. To access the courses, create an account at Togetherall using your Queen Mary e-mail address.
