All Student Experience staff have a listing in the QMUL Staff Directory which provides a platform for colleagues across Queen Mary to search for and contact each other - individual directory units have a 'Directory Administrator' who is responsible for adding new starters, removing leavers and making important updates to individual listings such as updating a job title or telephone number. Team and Contact
Email distribution lists are a simple but effective way to communicate with a particular grouping of people. Individual lists have 'owners' who update them by adding new starters & removing leavers. A list can be setup to allow open access (anyone can email members) or to restrict permission to those on the list. The list below with named owners if access is required:
