Gill Ritchie

Profile

Gill manages the team’s Services strand and provides business ownership of our suite of centrally supported digital learning applications. Working with the team’s technology leads she ensures they continue to meet the needs of the institution through monitoring usage, keeping up with product roadmaps and carrying out evaluative activities with staff and students. 

Coming from a software engineering background, Gill has been a learning technologist since 2006. In this role, she answered helpdesk queries, advised staff on their use of technology in teaching, managed upgrades, run staff development sessions and taught on QMUL’s Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP).
