John Seamons

Profile

John is a Learning Technologist at QMUL, specializing in technical support and assistance. With a strong passion for training, he conducts workshops, develops self-directed courses, and explores interactive video paths. John manages the workshop offerings for TELT and creates a variety of training materials, including videos and written content. Additionally, he has led and contributed to many projects and subgroups.

John previously worked at Greenwich University as a Standards and Partnerships Officer, supporting TNE partnerships and working with their VLE. His interest in learning technology grew, leading him to volunteer for projects and seek mentorship. He later became a Senior Learning Technology Officer, providing support, training, and guidance for the Business faculty.  

John loves animals, enjoys reading, and watching TV and movies. He is proud to be a carer for his mother and cherishes their time together with their pets.
