Raqib Khan

Learning Technology Officer (TEL Training and Support Strand)

Profile

Raqib works as a Learning Technology Officer in the Training and Support strand of TELT. Along with colleagues in the team, he is one of the first points of contact for all TEL-related queries. Raqib offers support via the IT Helpdesk and staff drop-ins, as well as assisting with induction and training sessions for students and staff across the University.  

Raqib has previously worked as Blackboard Collaborate IT Learning Assistant for the Centre of Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) at QMUL. He supported staff and students on how to use Blackboard and video conferencing technologies such as Polycom to enhance teaching and learning. 

Outside of QM Raqib keeps himself busy by spending time with friends and family.
