On Tuesday 9 May, UNIDROIT and the Queen Mary University of London Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) were delighted to join forces to celebrate Prof. Sir Roy Goode’s 90th birthday.
Maria Chiara Malaguti, Ioannis Kokkoris, Ignacio Tirado, Jeffrey Wool, Lord David Kitchin, Rosa Lastra, Anna Veneziano, Franziska Arnold-Dwyer and Louise Gullifer, together with UNIDROIT Governing Council Members, former CCLS directors, and many other colleagues and friends, paid an affectionate tribute to his fundamental contribution to both organisations and transnational commercial law, and to the man himself.
