You will be sent information about new clinical trials (you would, of course be under no obligation to take part). Signing up will give you access to the drug safety alerts which are part of the iGuard system (so you would be alerted to potential problems with adding new medicines to your regime, or if there were new worries with any of the drugs which you are taking).
