The Regenerative Medicine group is led by Professor Francesco Dell’Accio. Research within the Regenerative Medicine group is focused on the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and the molecular mechanisms of regeneration of joint tissues including cartilage and bone, with the ultimate goal to develop molecular therapeutics to achieve joint tissue regeneration.
The Neurophysiology group led by Dr. Sikandar focuses on molecular mechanisms of pain. Within the group at large, there is a wealth of expertise in animal models, molecular and cell biology.
