Profile

I am a PhD student working in the Parkinson’s Disease (PD) team and my supervisors are Dr Cristina Simonet and Professor Alastair Noyce. My thesis will explore the progression of biological (neurofilament light chain, interleukin-6 and tumour necrosis factor alpha) and clinical makers (motor and cognitive) in groups at risk of developing PD in addition to patients with PD. I will be focusing on prodromal PD groups including REM-sleep behaviour disorder and hyposmia.
