My background is in qualitative research methods, having studied BA Anthropology with Political Science at the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Medical Anthropology at Durham University with a focus on infectious disease. I am an advocate for public engagement activities in science communication, and currently take part in Skype A Scientist.
