I completed my PhD in 2014 at the Wolfson Institute and have continued to work there since, developing and conducting research on smoking cessation, and novel weight management approaches such as intermittent fasting. My work forms part of the Health & Lifestyle Research Unit at the Centre for Public Health & Policy, and my background is in Health Psychology.
