Profile
I completed my BSc (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Bath in 2016. Following this I worked in several research roles at the University of Manchester, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and most recently at Queen Mary in the Unit for Social and Community Psychiatry. Projects I have worked on include looking at resilience to depression and exercise as an early intervention in first episode psychosis, text messages to promote safer sexual health in young adults, and using DIALOG+ for individuals with chronic depression and low mood. I am now doing a PhD in the Youth Resilience Unit exploring whether we can develop a digital version of solution-focused therapy for young people who self-harm.
