I am a Stop Smoking Advisor at the Quit Well Newham, which forms part of the Health and Lifestyle Research Unit at the Centre for the Public Health and Policy. The team is currently helping residents across Newham, Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets to quit smoking.

Research

Research Interests:

I have a keen interest in engaging with residents to support them through the quit journey. Continuously working to help smokers with mental health and smoking in pregnancy. Working closely with the research team to improve standards and support for residents. I have a passion for outreach work on the ground around the borough, working with partners to improve health inequalities.
