I am part of the team working on PROTECT-C, a study launching later in 2024 looking at unselected population-based genetic testing in women over the age of 18 to see if they are increased risk of breast, ovary, bowel and/or womb cancer. My thesis is on the risk of serous endometrial cancer in BRCA carriers and the role of preventive hysterectomy, and the acceptability of surgical and medical prevention for women at moderate and high risk of developing breast cancer.ResearchResearch Interests: Precision prevention in women’s cancers
