You are invited to attend this special seminar inviting Richard Osborne to speak on the topic “How to build, implement, evaluate and scale useful, needed, wanted interventions: The Ophelia (Optimising Health Literacy and Access) process”

The session will be run in hybrid format, with in-person delivery at the Yvonne Carter Building, Whitechapel.

This presentation will outline the evolution of the Ophelia (Optimising Health Literacy and Access) process, including how Richard’s work has led to the concept of health literacy development. The Ophelia process is a powerful process for needs assessment, co-design through to building tailored yet whole of system interventions.
