The Distance Learning Chapter (TMT) is for students and alumni who studied Technology, Media and Telecoms Law (formerly known as Computer and Communications Law) via the Distance Learning programme.
The Chapter aims to provide a forum for networking opportunities, whilst maintaining links with the CCLS community. This will be created by bringing together alumni who studied via Distance Learning from across different year groups.
The Chapter is run by a committee and we are looking for more members: contact us to find out more about how you can get involved.
On Thursday 25 February 2021 an online event launch event took place. It was hosted by Dr Ian Walden, Director of CCLS and Professor of Information and Communications Law, Ms Laura Edgar, Director of the TMT DL programme and the Committee, also supports the Distance Learning Chapter (TMT) as the associated Academic Lead.
Over the coming months, further information will be shared about future activities which are likely to be online initially. Chapter events which the committee is organising are advertised on the CCLS Alumni Events page.
DL students and alumni will find in this Chapter a place not only for networking, but also to continue exchanging ideas and experiences. Virtual meetings and other activities shall keep us connected and updated. If you are a DL alumnus, join in and stay in touch with CCLS.— Rodrigo Azevedo Greco, Media Law LLM, Student
