We’re delighted to confirm that the School have recently been awarded two Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships through the European Commission, an incredible achievement considering the competitive nature of these awards. The new fellows, Stefano Fasani (University of Milan Bicocca) and Nele Warrinnier (KU Leuven, LSE CEP) will join the School later in 2019, both on 24 month fellowships.
Overall QMUL performed well with a success rate of 23.3%, the EU average success rate was 14% (and UK average 16%). However, the School’s success rate stands at 100%, with just two applications submitted and both awarded, making the achievement even more impressive!
Many congratulations to our new fellows, along with Anna Raute and Haroon Mumtaz for their outstanding efforts during the application process.
